Pompei, Naples, & Capri, Italy

While traveling abroad and having all of the amazing experience I have gotten, my top has to be the weekend where I got to go to Capri. The second we planned this weekend I knew that it was going to be one for the books! It started out with us arriving to Naples and going directly to Pompei for the day! My roomies and I got the chance to see all of the ruins and different views of the city in one day. Day two was surrounded by the most beautiful sights I have ever seen. This little town is placed in a mountain and only really goes up! Taking the climb up the mountain is so worth it, being able to make it to the archo naturale! With so many beautiful sights and little restaurants to offer, the trip to the little islands of south Italy is so worth it! Naples by the water is a beautiful sight with beautiful architecture.

I never would have wanted to ask for a better weekend.

With Capri, I felt so at peace approaching the island. I had wanted to be able to step out of my comfort zone growing up, this was the time that I found it so so very much. I dreamt my whole life of taking trips to south Italy, and I finally got the chance to make it there. Even though my trip to the Amalfi Coast got cut out of the picture, Capri was out of a fairytale. <3
