London, United Kingdom

Once we arrived abroad back in January, the first destination I wanted to go to was London. One of my lovely friend’s that I have from university had her twenty first birthday, so we went to be able to celebrate with her!

We had the opportunity to go to so many amazing places throughout the amazing city. The hostel that we stayed in was located in South Kensington, so it was the perfect location to be stationed. With Starbucks and the tube right down the street, it was easy to be able to get anywhere throughout the city.

For some highlights of the trip, my favorite parts were seeing the Tate Modern museum, the London Eye, Abbey Road, and so much more. Being able to see so much in such a short amount of time was something I was really not expecting to happen! The scenery as well as the beauty and history behind different parts of the city is what led me to love it.

Food also was a highlighted aspect of the trip. We ate at the same cute breakfast place every morning, called Coco Momo, located in South Kensington. They had the best food and the best atmosphere to start the day off. A place I had also heard raves about was called Farm Girl, and let me tell you, it was worth the trip! It was beyond cute and had amazing gluten free options, anywhere from brunch to amazing treats. The most amazing place we went too was a place called Sketch. This was somewhere where Kylie Jenner went, so obviously it was a little bit of a splurge for ourselves. I highly recommend every single one of these places to anyone looking to spend a few days in the beautiful city.

I love loved being able to spend the weekend with the birthday gal, Chloe, and got to experience a new, amazing city <3

All the love, London. Love your accent btw xX
